Body Conditioning
We use this class to develop both strength and flexibility which contribute to the very essence of ‘core stability’.
We use specially selected strengthening exercises, chosen to strengthen in a safe manner suitable for the age of the students in the class. This combined with stretching aids flexibility and works hand in hand to progress technique in all other genres.
We have three classes, each tailored to the age and development of the students and we aim to make it fun and enjoyable!
By careful training we help the children and students to develop and grow with care.
