Tap

Tap dance is a dance characterised by its use of tap shoes affixed with metal taps to the ball and heel of the shoe. These shoes are used as a percussive instrument to make audible sound to compliment the music.

Here at JMDS we follow the ISTD syllabus starting at Primary Class Test going all the way through to Advanced 2. Tap dancing is great fun, allowing children and students to express themselves though percussion and rhythm.
